Who is behind Xolt
Everything a customer, a partner or Amazon needs to know about who is behind Xolt: who runs it, who builds it, which legal entity you deal with, and where each commitment is published.
Run by former Amazon employees
The people who run Xolt worked at Amazon on the logistics side: fulfilment, inbound and vendor operations. The product is built around the reports, fees and settlements they handled there, which is why it reads them the way Amazon writes them.
Developed by Authect
Xolt is designed, developed and maintained in-house by Authect's engineering team. No part of the product is outsourced or white-labelled, and the same team answers support.
Operated under Authect - FZCO
Your contract, your invoices, your data processing and your support are all with AUTHECT - FZCO, registered in the IFZA free zone in Dubai. There is no other company between you and the service.
Published commitments
Each of these is written down on its own page, dated, and kept current. This page only points to them.
