Acting on them
The monthly action plan
What the plan checks, how it is ranked, and how the AI part is kept honest.
When it arrives
On the 3rd of each month, after a full month of data, Xolt writes the plan for the month that just ended. The Overview shows a preview, and the Action plan page keeps every past plan with its progress.
What it checks
Clear rules run against every product: missing costs, conversion drops, traffic drops, Buy Box loss, stockout risk, aged or excess stock, margin erosion, FBA fee changes and refund spikes. Each finding estimates the money at stake, and the plan is ordered by it.
How the AI is used
The findings are calculated without AI. An AI model then writes the short plan from those findings only: product identifiers, titles and the numbers. It never sees raw reports, orders or buyer data, and every number in its text is checked against the findings. If the check fails, Xolt shows a plain version of the findings instead.
Working through it
Mark an item done or dismiss it. Xolt records who did it and when, and the archive shows how much of each month's plan was completed.
