Action plan
A plan, not another dashboard.
On the 3rd of each month Xolt runs the same checks on every product you sell, puts money on each finding, and writes a short plan ranked by what it is worth. You read the top five and act.

The checks
Ten checks, every product, every month
Clear rules, calculated without AI, against the thresholds you set on the Targets page.
- 01

A product with sales and no unit cost. At stake: the sales nobody can judge.
- 02
Stockout risk
Days of cover below your lead time plus safety days. At stake: the sales you would miss.
- 03
Aged or excess stock
Units past 180 days or far beyond your cover. At stake: storage fees and tied-up cash.
- 04
Buy Box loss
Buy Box share below your floor. At stake: the sessions that no longer convert.
- 05

Terms that spend without converting. Arrives with the Amazon Ads connection.
The order
Ranked by money at stake
- Every finding carries an estimate of the money involved, in your reporting currency, so a small product with a big problem can outrank a big product with a small one.
- The plan leads with the five that matter most; the rest wait underneath, still visible.
- Each item links to the product and the numbers behind it, so you can check before you act.
The AI
Kept honest on purpose
- The findings are calculated first, without AI, from your settled data.
- A model then writes the plan from those findings only: product identifiers, titles and the numbers. It never sees raw reports, orders or buyer data.
- Every number in its text is checked against the findings. If the check fails, you get a plain version of the findings instead of prose.
Working through it
Done, dismissed, and on record
- Mark an item done or dismiss it; Xolt records who did it and when.
- Every past plan stays in the archive with how much of it was completed.
- Change a threshold on the Targets page and the next plan uses it.
Go deeper
- The monthly action planWhat the plan checks, how it is ranked, and how the AI part is kept honest.
- Set your targetsThe thresholds behind the monthly findings, and when to change them.
- Inventory health and reorder quantitiesDays of cover, stockout risk, suggested reorder quantity, aged stock and the storage outlook.
- Products marked cost missingWhy a product shows no profit, how to add its cost, and how totals treat it meanwhile.
Questions
When does the plan arrive?
On the 3rd of each month, for the month that just ended, once late settlements have come in. The Overview shows a preview of the current month's findings before then.
Does AI see my raw data?
No. The monthly plan is written from aggregated findings only: product identifiers, titles and the numbers behind each finding. Raw reports, orders and buyer data never leave our systems, every number in the plan is checked against your data, and your data is never used to train models.
Will Xolt tell me if something needs attention?
Yes. Xolt emails you 30, 7 and 1 days before your Amazon authorization expires, and when syncing fails repeatedly or the connection needs to be authorized again.
