01Who we are

Xolt is provided by AUTHECT - FZCO, registered in Dubai under IFZA Trade License No. 70505, with its address at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm you may bind it, and "you" means that company.

02The service

Xolt analyzes the Amazon seller data you authorize it to read, together with the costs you enter, and provides metrics, findings, a monthly action plan and exports. Features may change as the service develops.

03Your account

You must be at least 18, give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and use two-step verification. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your organization and the roles you give them.

04Connecting Amazon

Connect only seller accounts you are authorized to connect. Xolt reads data through Amazon's official API and does not change your listings, prices, stock or campaigns. You can revoke access in Xolt or in Seller Central at any time. Xolt is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, and your use of Amazon remains subject to Amazon's own terms.

Amazon, Seller Central and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

05Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide and secure the service, as described in the Privacy policy. You can export it and delete it at any time.

06Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other customers' data, to break or test our security without following our vulnerability reporting process, to overload the service, to scrape it or access it by automated means other than the features we provide, to resell it without our written agreement, or to use it in breach of the law or of Amazon's policies.

07Insights are not advice

Metrics depend on the data Amazon provides and the costs you enter, and some figures stay provisional until Amazon settles them. The action plan is generated automatically and may contain mistakes. It is not financial, tax or legal advice; decisions remain yours.

08Fees

Xolt is a paid service. You choose a plan when you sign up, and the price is shown before you pay. Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through our payment provider Stripe. Taxes may apply. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

A new organization's first subscription starts with a free trial of 7 days. A card is required to start it and is charged when the trial ends, unless the subscription is cancelled before then. Each organization gets one trial.

09Availability and changes

We work to keep Xolt available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before discontinuing the service so you can export your data.

10Intellectual property

Xolt, its software, design and content belong to AUTHECT - FZCO. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use it while your account is active. Feedback you send may be used to improve the service without any obligation to you.

11Ending your use

You can stop at any time by deleting your account or organization. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put other customers at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

12Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, AUTHECT - FZCO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or business interruption, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if that is higher. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer or data protection law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.

14Changes to these terms

We will post updated terms here with a new date and tell account owners by email about material changes before they apply. Continuing to use Xolt after a change means you accept it.
