Export or delete your data

Download everything, delete a workspace or organization, or delete your account.

Export everything

Owners and admins can download all of an organization's data as a JSON file from Settings, then Data and privacy. Authorization tokens are never included.

Delete a workspace or organization

Admins can delete a workspace when the organization has more than one, and owners can delete the whole organization, from the same page, after entering a fresh two-step code. Deleting an organization stops every Amazon connection and removes its data and files at once.

Delete your account

Any user can delete their own account after confirming their password. If you own an organization, delete it or make someone else an owner first, so it is never left without one.

What we keep

Only a minimal record that a deletion happened, to prove it, and security audit records for up to 2 years. The Privacy policy has the details.
