Set up Xolt in 20 minutes
From a new account to your first profit numbers: four steps, in order.
1. Create your account and organization
Sign up with your work email and confirm it from the email we send. Then name your organization: usually your company or brand. Xolt creates your first workspace with the same name.
An organization is your company in Xolt. A workspace is one set of seller accounts and numbers. Most sellers need one workspace; agencies create one per client.
2. Turn on two-step verification
Every member uses two-step verification, because Xolt holds your Amazon business data. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy or 1Password, type the 6-digit code, and save your backup codes somewhere safe.
3. Connect Seller Central
Go to Settings, then Amazon connections. Pick your marketplace, enter a fresh code from your authenticator app, and approve Xolt on Amazon's consent page. Xolt then pulls the last 12 months of history in the background and keeps it up to date every day.
4. Add your product costs
Profit needs what each product costs you. Open Costs and add unit costs one by one, or download the CSV template, fill it in and import it. Add your fixed monthly costs too, such as software, staff or warehouse rent, to see net profit.
