A connection shows needing attention
What the status means, the two usual causes, and how to get the sync running again.
What it means
Xolt could not read your account on the last run. The Sync status table under Amazon connections shows which dataset stopped and the reason. Nothing already synced is lost.
The authorization expired
Amazon asks sellers to renew an app's access every 12 months, and Xolt emails you 30, 7 and 1 days before. Open Amazon connections, choose Reconnect, approve Xolt on Amazon's page, and the sync resumes with all history intact.
The app was removed in Seller Central
If someone removed Xolt under Manage your apps, or the authorizing user lost their permissions, Amazon refuses every request. Reconnect as a primary user or a user allowed to authorize apps.
Amazon is slow
Some reports take hours on Amazon's side during busy periods, and a dataset shows as running rather than needing attention. Give it a day. If it is still stopped the next morning, write to support with the marketplace and the dataset name.
