Questions
How long does setup take?
Connecting takes about 2 minutes. Xolt then pulls the last 12 months of history in the background. Profit needs your product costs, which you can type in or upload as a CSV.
When do I see my first numbers?
The last 30 days appear within the first hour of connecting, newest first. The full twelve months are usually in by the next morning, and every dataset then refreshes daily.
What can Xolt see and do in my Amazon account?
Xolt reads sales, traffic, fees, settlements, inventory, returns and listings through Amazon's official Selling Partner API, with the permissions you approve on Amazon's consent page. It cannot change listings, prices, stock or campaigns.
Which marketplaces do you support?
Amazon's marketplaces in Europe (including the UK), the United States, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. One connection covers every marketplace in that Seller Central account.
