Plans and billing

Plans, orders and seats

What each plan includes, how orders are counted, and what happens at the limit.

The three plans

Starter at $49 a month covers up to 1,000 orders a month with one seat. Growth at $99 covers 5,000 orders with five seats, scheduled Google Sheets exports and the monthly email. Scale at $199 covers 20,000 orders with ten seats and Vendor Central. Every plan has the whole profit engine, the action plan and the Excel and CSV workbook. Larger needs are Enterprise, by agreement.

One Amazon account per plan

A plan covers one Seller Central or Vendor Central authorization in one region, with all its marketplaces. A second account, in another region or for another client, is a second subscription at the plan its orders need.

How orders are counted

Once a night Xolt counts the order items of the last 30 days across the account's marketplaces and compares them with the plan. The count is on the Plan and billing page.

Warnings and the limit

At 80% of the plan's orders the app shows a notice. At the limit it tells you a bigger plan is needed. Only after 30 days over the limit does the app stop showing dashboards until the plan changes; syncing continues throughout, so nothing is lost.

Seats

A seat is one member of the organization, the owner included, whatever their role. Invitations beyond the plan's seats wait until a member is removed or the plan moves up.
