Download the workbook for any month from the Exports page, or any single tab as CSV.

Connect Google once. Each month gets one spreadsheet in your Drive, and exporting the same month again updates it rather than making a copy. Xolt can only open the spreadsheets it created.

The headline numbers on the day you choose, the 3rd by default, to the members you choose, with a link to the full month.

Owners and admins can download all of an organization's data as one file from Data and privacy, with authorizations left out. Deleting a workspace, an organization or an account removes its data at once.

Questions
Does a Google Sheets export overwrite my own sheet?
No. Xolt writes only to spreadsheets it created, one per month. Exporting the same month again updates that spreadsheet in place, and your own files are never touched.
What happens if I leave?
You can export all your data as a file, disconnect Amazon, and delete your organization or account from the settings at any time. Disconnected data is deleted after 30 days, or at once if you choose.
Can an agency manage several brands?
Yes. One organization holds many workspaces, members get roles, and you can limit people to specific workspaces.
