Understanding your numbers
Inventory health and reorder quantities
Days of cover, stockout risk, suggested reorder quantity, aged stock and the storage outlook.
Days of cover
Fulfillable units divided by average daily units ordered over the last 30 days. Xolt also shows cover including inbound shipments. A product that has not sold in 30 days has no days of cover rather than an infinite number.
Stockout risk and reorder quantity
A SKU is at risk when its days of cover are below your reorder lead time plus safety days (45 and 14 by default, set on the Targets page). The suggested reorder quantity covers that whole period at the current sales speed, minus the units you already have or have inbound.
Aged stock and storage
Aged share is the part of your stock that has been in Amazon's warehouses for more than 180 days, which is what Amazon charges extra for. The storage outlook estimates the next three months from last month's settled storage fees.
