The monthly email or Google Sheets export did not arrive
The schedule, who receives it, and the three things to check.
When it is sent
The monthly email goes out on the day set on the Exports page, the 3rd by default, once the month's numbers have settled. A scheduled Google Sheets export writes the spreadsheet at the same time.
Check the recipients
Only members chosen on the Exports page receive the email, and removing someone from the organization stops their emails. Check the list, then the spam folder: the sender is xolt.io.
Check the Google connection
Google Sheets exports use the Google account of the member who connected it. If that member was removed or disconnected Google, the schedule has no account to write with. Connect Google again from Exports and run the export by hand once; running it again for the same month updates the same spreadsheet.
Download it now
Any month can be downloaded at any time from Exports as the Excel workbook or a CSV, without waiting for the schedule.
