Vendor Central
Vendor Central
What Xolt reads for vendors (1P), what you upload yourself, and how the vendor dashboard works.
Who it is for
Brands that sell to Amazon through Vendor Central, where Amazon buys your stock and sets the retail price. Sellers on Seller Central use the regular overview instead. A workspace with a Vendor Central connection shows the vendor dashboard.
What Xolt reads from Amazon
Retail analytics through Amazon's official Selling Partner API: ordered and shipped revenue and units, glance views, average selling price, and availability figures such as sourceable replenishment out of stock (Rep OOS), sellable stock at Amazon, open purchase order units and Net PPM. Purchase order confirmations come from the Vendor Orders API. Xolt never uses the Direct Fulfillment APIs, which carry customer details.
What you upload
Amazon has no API for deductions, chargebacks, remittances or the Item Data Quality score. Export them from Vendor Central as CSV or Excel and upload them under Uploads. Xolt matches the columns by name, shows you every row, and saves nothing until you confirm. A file with any invalid row is not staged at all.
The dashboard
It reads top to bottom: the month's five actions, then sales and traffic, availability, content, growth and deductions. Each action links to its evidence and shows the money at stake. The action plan uses the same findings as the seller plan.
Availability
Vendor Central connections are rolling out gradually. Until yours is live, open the vendor sample workspace from the overview to see every block with made-up data.
