Vendor Central

Uploading deductions, chargebacks and remittances

The files Amazon offers vendors no API for, how Xolt reads them, and what happens to the file.

Why uploads exist

Amazon has no API for a vendor's deductions, chargebacks, remittances or Item Data Quality score. Those numbers decide a vendor's real margin, so Xolt takes them from the files Vendor Central lets you export.

CSV and Excel

Export the report from Vendor Central and upload it under Uploads. Xolt matches the columns by name, shows you every row it found, and saves nothing until you confirm. A file with any invalid row is not staged at all, so you can fix it and upload again.

Screenshots and PDFs

When Vendor Central only shows a page, upload a screenshot or PDF of it. An AI model reads the rows into the same fixed table, Xolt checks that the totals add up, and you confirm before anything is saved. The file is deleted as soon as the rows are extracted, and nothing from it is used to train any model.

What never goes in

Uploads are for your business documents only. A file with customer names or addresses is refused, as Xolt stores no buyer data anywhere.
