Amazon and your data
What Xolt reads from Amazon
The reports and APIs behind every page, what they contain, and what Xolt deliberately never reads.
Official access only
Xolt reads your account through Amazon's Selling Partner API, the same official interface Amazon offers every approved app. It never scrapes Seller Central or signs in as you, and it asks only for read access: nothing in your account can be changed from Xolt.
Sales and traffic
Units ordered, ordered sales, sessions, page views, conversion and Buy Box share, per product and per day, from Amazon's sales and traffic report. This is what the Overview trend, the Products page and the conversion checks are built on.
Finances and settlements
Every charge, fee, refund and reimbursement Amazon posts to your account, with its breakdown: referral fees, FBA fulfilment fees, storage, inbound placement, returns processing and the rest. Profit and the margins use these lines, so they match what Amazon pays you.
Inventory
Fulfillable, reserved and inbound units per SKU from FBA inventory, plus the inventory planning report for how long stock has been in Amazon's warehouses and the estimated storage fees.
Returns and listings
Customer returns with their reason and disposition, so refund costs land on the right product. Listings and the catalog give every product its title, image, parent ASIN and status.
What Xolt never reads
Buyer names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. Xolt does not request the restricted roles that carry them, and the one report that carries order identifiers is hashed before anything is stored. Amazon Ads data arrives with the Ads connection, which follows after launch.
