Invoices, receipts and tax details
Where invoices are, how to put your company details on them, and which currency they are in.
Receipts and invoices
Stripe emails a receipt for every payment to the billing email. Every invoice, past and current, is on the Plan and billing page, where you can download it as a PDF.
Company name and tax number
Open Plan and billing, then Billing details, and add your company name, address and tax number. They appear on every invoice from then on. Add them before the first payment to have them on the first invoice too.
Currency and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Any tax that applies in your country is shown at checkout before you pay and itemised on the invoice.
Changing the billing email
The billing email is the owner's email at sign-up. Change it in Billing details to send receipts to your finance team instead.
