Change, upgrade or cancel your plan
Moving between plans and intervals, and what cancelling does to your data.
Changing plan
Open Plan and billing and choose the new plan. The change applies at once: a bigger plan unlocks its seats and limits immediately, and Stripe charges or credits the difference for the rest of the current period.
Monthly to yearly
A yearly plan costs ten months, a saving of 17%, and is billed once a year. Switch from the same page at any time; the yearly period starts when you switch.
Cancelling
Cancel from Plan and billing in two clicks. The plan runs until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. Until then everything keeps working, and you can export every month's workbook and all of your data.
After the plan ends
Dashboards close until a plan is chosen again, and your Amazon connections pause. The data stays for 30 days, so coming back restores everything. To remove the data sooner, delete the organization from Data and privacy.
