Acting on them
Portfolio: all workspaces in one view
One row per workspace with last month's sales, CM3, critical findings and Amazon health. Scale and up.
Open it
Choose All workspaces in the workspace menu. It appears when you can open two or more workspaces; sample workspaces are left out.
What each row shows
For each workspace's latest closed month: net sales and the change against the month before, CM3 and the CM3 margin, and critical findings counted by problem, for example 2 x Stockout risk. Figures are in the workspace's own reporting currency.
CM3 shows Incomplete when costs or exchange rates are missing. There is no margin when net sales are zero or negative, and no change when the reporting currency changed between the two months.
Amazon health and order
The Amazon column shows Connected, Renew by a date (within 30 days), Not connected, Paused, Sync problem or Reconnect needed. Owners and admins can click through to fix it; others see that an owner or admin can.
Amazon problems come first, then workspaces with critical findings, then access to renew soon, then the rest by name. A status line counts the workspaces that need attention.
Client packs and plans
Each row has a Client pack link to that workspace's exports, where the branded monthly workbook is. The portfolio is on Scale and up, and the free trial shows it too. Below Scale, the page shows a plan note.
