Acting on them
Critical alerts
One email a day when a product is about to run out or sells at a loss, with who gets it and how to turn it off. Every paid plan.
What triggers an alert
Two problems count as critical. A product's days of cover, including inbound stock, are under your reorder lead time. Or a product lost money after ads (CM2 below zero) in the last closed month, with net sales at or above the minimum set on the Targets page.
Xolt checks this every morning with fresh numbers. It does not change your monthly findings or plan.
Who gets it
Every member who can open the workspace and uses two-step verification. Each person gets at most one email a day per workspace, with up to 10 products ordered by money at stake and a link to the action plan.
A product is emailed again only after 7 days, so a stockout that stays critical reminds you once a week. Alerts arrive in the language you chose in Xolt.
Turn alerts off
In Settings, Notifications, choose Stop my alerts to turn them off for yourself. Owners and admins can also turn alerts off for the whole workspace there; the change is recorded in the audit log.
Slack
An owner or admin can paste a Slack incoming webhook URL in Settings, Notifications to post the same alerts to a channel. The URL is stored encrypted and never shown again. Send a test to check it, or remove it at any time.
Plans
Alerts are part of every paid plan. They are not sent during the free trial, while the organization is over its plan's order limit, or for sample and vendor workspaces.
