Acting on them
Find money Amazon owes you
Units Amazon lost or damaged and refunds whose item never came back, with a claim-by date and ready case text. Growth and up.
What it finds
The Reimbursements page lists two kinds of cases with nothing reimbursed yet: units lost or damaged in Amazon's warehouses, and refunds on FBA orders whose item was never returned. Tiles show the open cases, the units lost or damaged and the estimated value per currency.
It reads two Amazon reports, the inventory ledger and the reimbursements report, over the last 12 months. Units Amazon finds again cancel earlier losses, oldest first, and each reimbursement counts once whichever marketplace reports it.
Amazon's claim windows
Amazon accepts a warehouse loss claim for 60 days after the ledger reports the loss. It accepts a refund claim from 60 to 120 days after the refund.
Xolt only shows cases Amazon still accepts. Every case shows its claim-by date and days left, nearest deadline first, marked in red at 14 days or fewer.
Why Xolt waits before showing a case
Amazon counts claims sent too early against you, and it often finds or pays a loss on its own. A loss therefore waits 30 days before it counts (at most 45), and a refund waits 60 days (60 to 119).
Change both waits on the Targets page. A refund only counts when the returns data covers its whole wait; if a dataset is paused or failing, the page says so and links to the connection.
Filing a claim
Use Copy case text, then in Seller Central open Help, Get support, choose Fulfillment by Amazon and paste it. For a refund case, add the order ID from Payments > Transactions on the refund date, because Xolt never stores order IDs.
Xolt files nothing for you. Values are estimates from the SKU's latest reimbursement or your unit cost; Amazon decides the amount. A CSV download is available after the free trial.
Plans
The finder is on Growth and up, and the monthly plan adds a finding when cases are open. On Starter the page shows a plan note instead.
