Understanding your numbers

Featured offer and price to win

Who holds the featured offer, at what price, and the price Amazon expects would win it. Basics on every plan, price to win on Growth and up.

What Xolt reads

Once a day, at 11:00 marketplace time, Xolt reads the offers on up to 5,000 active SKUs per marketplace: your price, the featured offer price for new condition, whether you hold it, the lowest new offer and the number of offers. Prices include shipping, as Amazon showed them.

On Growth and up it also reads Amazon's price to win for your 300 best sellers by sales over the last 30 days. Seller accounts only.

Where you see it

Each product page has a Price and featured offer section on every plan. On Growth and up it adds the price to win, with Amazon's status in words, such as no competing offer or your offer is not eligible.

The products table and its CSV add two columns: who holds the featured offer, and your price against the featured price.

Findings

When you lose the Buy Box and Amazon has a valid price to win below your price, the finding shows your price, the price to win and profit per unit (CM1) at that price. It suggests matching it only when CM1 stays positive; otherwise it advises not to chase on price.

Price headroom fires when you hold the featured offer and the price to win is at least 3% above your price (1 to 50 on the Targets page). Its value is the gap times the units ordered in the month.

Xolt never changes prices

Xolt only reads. It never sends a price to Amazon; you change prices in Seller Central. To test a price first, use What if on the product page.
