Understanding your numbers

AWD stock

How stock in Amazon Warehousing and Distribution counts in cover and reorders, and when Xolt suggests sending it to FBA.

What Xolt reads

For US seller accounts enrolled in Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD), Xolt reads AWD stock daily: units on hand and units on their way to AWD. Accounts that are not enrolled show no AWD stock.

How it counts

On every plan, AWD stock counts in days of cover including inbound, in stockout risk and in the suggested reorder quantity. Units on their way from AWD to FBA count as FBA inbound, never twice.

When a workspace has AWD stock, the Inventory page shows a Stock in AWD tile and an In AWD column, with the units free to send to FBA.

When to send stock to FBA

On Growth and up, a finding fires when a product's FBA cover including inbound, without AWD, is under 30 days and AWD holds units free to send. It names the units to send to reach that cover, at most what AWD has free.

Change the 30 days on the Targets page (1 to 365). It is high priority when FBA cover is under your safety days. The finding has no money estimate, because the stock exists and is only in the wrong place.

What to do

Send the stock from AWD to FBA with a replenishment order in Seller Central, and check AWD auto-replenishment. A product AWD can refill gets this finding instead of a supplier reorder.
