Understanding your numbers
Plan reorders per SKU
Per-SKU lead times, minimum orders and case packs, an order-by date and a purchase order CSV. Growth and up.
What every plan gets
The Inventory page uses your saved lead time and safety days from the Targets page (45 and 14 by default). Stockout risk counts inbound stock, the same way the monthly findings and critical alerts do.
The suggested quantity covers lead time plus safety days at the last 30 days' sales speed, minus the units you have or have inbound.
Settings per SKU
On Growth and up, open Settings next to a SKU in the full stock list to set its own lead time, safety days, minimum order, case pack and supplier. Leave a field empty to use the workspace target; leave all of them empty to remove the settings.
Members and above can edit them, and each save is recorded in the audit log.
Quantity and order-by date
The quantity is raised to the minimum order, then rounded up to whole case packs. For example, a need of 130 units with a minimum of 100 and a case pack of 24 becomes 144.
The order-by date is today in the marketplace's calendar, plus days of cover including inbound, minus the lead time. Once that date has passed, the SKU shows Late.
Purchase order CSV
Purchase order CSV lists the SKUs at stockout risk, grouped by supplier, with marketplace, title, quantity and order-by date. Viewers and above can download it on Growth and up, after the free trial.
